Unfortunately, knowledge and economic inequality has been the factor that has most segregated humans in history, since it largely determines our quality of life.
The High Standards Real Estate have always been in the possibilities only of the most economically privileged and a few who stand out for their incredible economic capabilities. AND BECAUSE?
It has been shown that under stable conditions, all people can acquire professional knowledge and skills.
The reason why millions of people around the planet cannot access high-quality real estate, is because throughout history the Realtors in charge of marketing have used outdated urban and financial models that imply high costs for their functioning.

The Beginning of an Idea to Change Lives

In 2016, a small team of digital developers from Latin America believed in the vision of uniting Law and modern Technology to create a real estate platform capable of offering high-quality legal protection, in order to make it accessible to the greatest number of people. people in the world, regardless of their income, region, occupation, hours, culture, religion, politics or intellectual capacity.
Like many people in Latin America, they had experienced the dissatisfaction of obtaining a low-quality property, so they used immature technologies that had been developed at that time but that were often destabilized with a high traffic of new prospects.
In the first stage of the project, our team of founders was in charge of coding and designing the first version of the Directory of Luxury Developments and Verified Properties on the website.

Our Slogan "Growing is Sharing"

This project has focused on providing free online real estate advice from the organization of verified properties, with the purpose of being able to share without having to invest large amounts, that is why in Properties | City Laws initially chose the phrase “Growing is Sharing” as our slogan. 
At the beginning, there was still no collaboration of graphic content from prestigious designers, nor with the help of administrators who will organize the information of the verified properties, so it only included details and lacked videos and photos.
The first phase of the project has had the objective of organizing the verified properties in different categories to facilitate the commercialization within the platform of a sector of collaborators that was growing all over the world.

Our desire is to promote free access to the legal protection of your heritage throughout the world and especially in a powerful culture such as Mexico.
Since 2016 we have expressed our wishes and objectives in the Property Team | City Laws and its slogan “Growing is Sharing” has attracted the attention of hundreds of volunteers from various professions.
To whom we thank for their effort, donations and the enormous help to the global community of collaborators, solving doubts that had been made in the free consultancies that until now were on our platform.

In 2016, Properties | City Laws was created and incorporated in Quintana Roo - Mexico due to the important need to provide access to high quality legal protection to the patrimony of the entire population.
Since then, our community of collaborators and work team continues to grow in conjunction with the project. Web designers, Architects, Monitors, Lawyers, Translators, Appraisers and Audio and Video Producers from different Nations, Beliefs and Cultures from all over the world make up this great team.

Law and Technology

To the same extent that we have visually redesigned the details of the verified properties, we have also advanced technologically with our platform.
Thanks to the help and support of our team, we can offer a virtual legal protection service of greater scope, through the development and implementation of software to the new requirements for the construction of our Virtual Real Estate from scratch.
We have added the Property Map, and the Prospects CRM with the Inauguration of our Virtual Real Estate, which is supported by our Real Estate Storage and Verification Platform.
Which has allowed us to include the International Verification System that gives the Team the possibility of enhancing its profits in any State or City in the world.
Currently, we have received collaboration from Lawyers, Prestigious Academics and Institutions from all over the world, who provide us with academic content with an open license to structure the free access courses available in the Course Library.
